L Vickery Building Contractors Ltd is a company based in North Devon, with a reputation built on quality and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on carrying out bespoke sustainable builds across the South West, working effectively with clients and architects to make sure that all details are carefully crafted. We used Luke for a self build house in Appledore, from the moment I met Luke and Matt on site, when the plot was just a field, I knew they were the kind of people I could work with to build my dream home. A friendly, professional and reliable service from start to finish with tradesmen that obviously take great pride in their work.

The property was constructed to a high specification and even though it was constructed at a time of high inflation, came in on budget. It was easy to build a good working relationship with Luke, Matt and Frazer and they were always available to inform and advise when required.
The project was completed in the anticipated timescale and tradesmen and materials were always on site when they said they would be. It was great to see the house develop daily from a bare field into the wonderful property it is now. During my regular visits to site, all of Luke’s team were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly use L.Vickery Building Contractors on future projects and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
